2. Operation process:

 

1. After the device is powered on, turn on the total power of the exposure machine. At this time, the voltmeter displays 220V, then close the valve (vacuum)

 

2. Rotate the “Emergency Stop” button and turn the “Plate Light” switch to the right. At this time, the red light on the exposure machine surface lights up. Rotate the "Exposure Light" and "Single Side Exposure" buttons to the right. At this time, the up and down exposure lamps will light up. If only one side is exposed, you do not need to rotate the "Single Side Exposure" button.

 

3. Open the exposure table, place the product on the exposure table and attach the film film, close the table and close it. Rotate the “vacuum” button to the right and the air in the exposure deck will be removed.

 

4. After the vacuum is completed, set the exposure time. The exposure time is determined by the thickness of the ink. After the time is set, close the exposure machine curtain and press “8”. At this time, the upper and lower gates will open to start exposure. The gate is automatically closed when the exposure time is up.

 

5. After the exposure is complete, do not rush to turn off the exposure lamp. Open the valve first, turn off the vacuum, and remove the product.

 

6. If you work continuously, simply place the product on the exposure machine and press the “Circular Exposure” button.

 

7. Note: The exposure lamp cannot be turned on immediately after the exposure lamp is turned off, otherwise the exposure lamp will not light. It takes a few minutes to wait until the exposure lamp cools before it lights up.
