一. Etching process flow explanation
        Often the etching process we know is only one step in the process, which is an important step in the etching process. First, the etching solution is prepared, and now the ferric chloride solution is mainly used. Different concentrations are configured according to the characteristics of the parts to achieve better results. The main influencing factors are solution temperature, concentration, and etching rate. After etching, it is touched by a caustic soda solution, and finally washed and dried.
The process of the etching process is divided into the pre-process and the post-process. The process of the whole etching process generally includes: designing and manufacturing the film according to the customer's drawing computer, cleaning and coating drying, exposure and development, etching, cleaning and drying.
二.Pre-etching process
1 drawing design and film production
        The patterns are drawn according to customer requirements, and the software mainly uses CAD/CDR software. After the drawing design is completed, it will be output to the film manufacturer. In the design process, it is necessary to design according to the drawing size and related technical requirements, and accurately design each side line of the part and the process shear line and break line according to the etching process precision (produced in the production process, and the finished product is unloaded). At the same time, combined with the main material blanking specifications, the number of parts on each film is determined to achieve the highest material utilization rate.
2 blank cleaning
      The size and specifications of the blank are determined according to the design. At present, a large number of imported iron-nickel alloys, imported copper strips and other metals are used, and domestic raw materials are mainly imported from Japan. There must be no burrs, scratches and deformations in the blank. The four sides of the material are at right angles to each other, the angle error and the variable length error are within &cjiamn;0.3 mm. After the material is discharged, the oil is cleaned. After drying, it is necessary to achieve no dirt, stains and scratches on the surface.
3 coating drying
      It is prepared by sizing the coating machine with a special UV-sensitive ink and a thinner. The ink thickness is as uniform as possible. Drying in a constant temperature blast oven.
4 exposure and development
       Exposure is done in a clean room and generally needs to reach class 100,000. Depending on the material and ink, etc., different exposure times and exposure levels are set accordingly. The exposure machine must be warmed up 2 minutes in advance to meet the requirements before the exposure process can be performed.
       The corresponding developing solution is configured differently for the material and the ink, developed by a developing machine, pumped, and blown dry by hot air. In particular, it is necessary to correct the layout at the end, and go out with excess film to ensure the pass rate of the finished product.

三.Post-etching process
After the etching, the remaining ink is removed by the caustic soda solution, and then washed and dried, and finally a protective film is attached.
