Xinhengli metal corrosion machine adopts not less than 12mmPP plate, the internal metal parts are titanium alloy, and the inner and outer double-layer tempered glass seal can effectively isolate the etching exhaust gas; the transmission system can be single/double transmission according to different plate thickness and precision requirements. The spray system adopts an independent quick-release rocking spray frame to facilitate the cleaning of the nozzle (optional pipe-pressure regulation); the whole machine uses a full-pressure filter to circulate the syrup; the corrosion machine has a built-in titanium alloy heating pipe and a titanium alloy water-cooled pipe. The temperature displays an automatic heating system that monitors the temperature of the syrup in real time.
