The etching machine has a feeding width of 800mm and works horizontally from left to right. However, any sheet with a width of 800mm can be single-faced. The materials that can be processed by this etching machine are copper, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. The syrup that can be used is a weak acid. It is not allowed to add strong acid in the etching machine. Otherwise, the metal part of the machine may be corroded. If it is necessary to inject strong acid, it is necessary to negotiate with us.
This set of equipment is used with our single-sided exposure machine for image transfer. The exposure size is below 700*900mm. The main purpose of the exposure machine is to use UV-curable part of the photosensitive ink to make the protective layer. If there is no curing part of the photosensitive ink, we will The image transfer is effected by cleaning with a developer and then etching using an etching machine.
