PCB Horizontal Desmear Treatment Production line is mainly for the production of multilayer printed circuit boards. It refers to the circuit board in the friction and high heat of drilling. The hole wall, after cooling, forms a fixed paste residue, which makes a gap between the inner copper hole ring and the copper hole wall made later. Therefore, at the beginning of PTH, the formed slag should be removed by various methods to achieve good subsequent connection.
